Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Screenr (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Screenr on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. You are responsible for the content you generate using Screenr, including any prompts you submit to the AI Content Studio.

Screenr Pro Subscription

Screenr offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Screenr Pro," which unlocks premium features. The following terms apply:

  • The current subscription price, duration, and any free trial or introductory offer are displayed in the App before you complete your purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  • You can restore prior purchases at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option inside the App.

Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple.

AI-Generated Content

The optional AI Content Studio sends your prompt to OpenAI to generate content. AI output may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
